"Telehealth" is an application for mobile phones (android and iphone) so that whenever you need to consult a doctor, you can call him by video or audio 24/7 and wherever you are , inside or outside Albania;

Through "Telehealth" you can:

  • Video and audio calls with a general practitioner 24/7 days a week
  • Video and audio calls with specialist doctors, on certain days for which you will be notified by the application if you have it downloaded on the phone him;
  • The possibility to read articles about health;
  • Online and 24/7 access to your medical record. During the phone calls, the doctors will leave comments on your medical condition, complaints and symptoms and the recommendations given by them, this information which will help you to have a history ready and in your pocket during future visits, avoiding above all keeping medical papers with you;
  • Real-time access to contacts and addresses of clinics and hospitals with which SIGAL UNIQA has an agreement;
  • In the application you will be able to download your health insurance card electronically at any time.
  • In the application you will be able to view the reimbursement process for your health practice 24/7;

If you enter Playstore or Appstore, in the search section, type Teleshundet. Install the application and log in to register and create your personal profile .

In order to benefit from this service, you must have activated our "individual" or "family" packages. These packages are valid for 1 year and are activated by providing a card, which is sold at any authorized SIGAL UNIQA point. You can also buy these packages on our website. Call us on 04 2 233 308 to get to know the point closest to you or to offer you assistance for buying or ordering cards online.

SIGAL has created this service for customers and insureds. This means that: you can buy this service at any point of sale authorized by SIGAL UNIQA and any of its offices, or directly on the website. Also, for certain customers (eg Silver or Gold policy), then you will get this service for free

Doctors are general practitioners, licensed in the Medical Order. Doctors are also specialist pediatricians. If your complaint needs a specialist, you can discuss your problem with the general practitioner to better understand the specialty you need.

There is no time limit to call. This service is open day and night, 365 days a year.

The individual card can be used by 1 person alone and the doctor will only consult the symptoms of one family member.
In order for the doctor to consult the symptoms or concerns of other members of your family, you must be equipped with the Family card.

Telehealth differs from Telemedicine, as telehealth offers remote medical consultations, while telemedicine offers remote medical services.
